3.2 Accuracy of Information. 3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your filbet.com login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Accounts dormant for thirty-six (36) months with a zero balance may be closed without further notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. 4.5 AML Compliance. filbet.com is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Transactions suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime may be suspended, reported to the appropriate authorities, and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All promotions, bonuses, and special offers made available by filbet.com are subject to these General Bonus Terms and to any specific terms published with each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Bonus Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a filbet.com Account are subject to a wagering requirement of twenty times (20×) the bonus amount before any portion of the resulting balance may be withdrawn. Participation in the filbet.com VIP Club and associated tier benefits is subject to additional terms available on the VIP programme page. filbet.com reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits, and cashback rates at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

6.1 Game Availability. filbet.com offers access to games from third-party software providers. The availability of specific games may change without notice due to provider licensing, regulatory requirements, or technical issues. filbet.com is not liable for temporary or permanent removal of any game from the platform.

6.2 Game Integrity & RNG. 7.2 filbet.com reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

8.1 Suspension by filbet.com. filbet.com may suspend a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation; or regulatory requirement to do so.

8.2 Balance During Suspension. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, Real Money Funds (confirmed deposits not subject to bonus wagering requirements) will be held by filbet.com and returned to the Player following successful resolution of the investigation unless the investigation reveals prohibited conduct that warrants forfeiture.

8.3 Permanent Closure by filbet.com. Upon a finding of prohibited conduct, misrepresentation of eligibility, or material breach of these Terms, filbet.com may permanently close the Account. Permanently closed Accounts are not eligible for reinstatement. Where closure is due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, all balances — including Real Money Funds — may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.

8.4 Voluntary Account Closure. Players may voluntarily close their filbet.com Account at any time by contacting the support team. 11.1 filbet.com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy) and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and PAGCOR regulatory reporting.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination — that cannot be resolved through filbet.com's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.3 Players retain the right to escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority, following exhaustion of filbet.com's internal dispute resolution process.

14.1 filbet.com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notice on the filbet.com platform homepage and/or by SMS to the registered mobile number at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.

14.2 Changes required by law, regulation, or PAGCOR directive may take effect immediately without the seven-day notice period. filbet.com will use reasonable efforts to notify Players of such changes as promptly as practicable.

14.3 Your continued use of the filbet.com platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 8.4.
